What to expect in this position: - Take ownership of existing mobile products (iOS & Android), driving product growth and profitability; - Refine existing products to improve quality and stability; - Identify bottlenecks in product funnels and implement data-driven solutions to increase revenue and retention; - Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize onboarding, paywalls, and monetization flows; - Analyze key product metrics (CAC, LTV, retention) and make data-driven decisions; - Identify new monetization opportunities for existing features; - Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and improve key metrics. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner with subscription-based mobile products; - Strong understanding of software development principles; - Understanding and practical experience in writing product documentation (Confluence); - Knowledge and understanding of key product metrics; - Proven track record of using data to drive product decisions, experience with analytical systems; - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to improve user engagement and revenue; - Ability to spot opportunities for feature monetization and growth.
