We are looking for a CRM Marketing Lead to drive our retention and CRM growth across global markets. We value hands-on experience in launching engaging CRM mechanics and a proven track record of scaling revenue for complex software products. What you'll get to do Lead a team of 4 CRM Marketing Specialists Drive revenue across all CRM channels: email, pop-ups, in-app notifications, and desktop push notifications Audit messaging channels and shape overall CRM growth strategy Prioritize hypotheses and launches, oversee execution, and measure business impact Enhance team reporting, preparing quarterly and annual presentations with key insights, performance analysis, and roadmaps Evaluate and integrate ideas from cross-functional teams (Product, Brand Marketing, Affiliates, etc.) Automate routine workflows while introducing new CRM mechanics, tools, and best practices Roll up your sleeves and work hands-on alongside the team whenever needed Required skills Proven track record in mapping out customer journeys and building multi-step automated workflows for engaging CRM mechanics Experience leading a team of CRM marketers Strong A/B testing framework: running experiments, drawing actionable insights, and validating ideas with data Hands-on experience setting up and implementing CRM campaigns directly in CDP platforms (Mindbox / Maestra) Experience with CDP integration (Mindbox / Maestra) Proficiency in Google Analytics and other BI/analytics tools Task management: Jira, Basecamp, etc. Hands-on experience with Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and flowchart tools What we offer Confirmed employment from day one Remote work from anywhere in the world or at our office Flexible work schedule Corporate events and team-building activities A personalized approach to professional growth and development within the company A team of professionals ready to mentor and share their knowledge and experience
