Senior Product Designer

We’re here to support your growth and success - just believe in yourself.  TBC is looking for a Senior Product Designer What you'll do: Own features from start to finish – figure out the problem, design the solution, make sure it works Talk to customers, look at data, map out journeys and decide what success looks like Design experiences that actually solve problems people have Work with PMs, engineers, analysts, researchers and writers Help keep our design system consistent and useful Make decisions based on research and data, get everyone aligned What we offer: Health insurance fully covered by TBC (you can add family at your own cost) Laptop and all the design tools you need Experienced product teams to work with Hybrid schedule: office Mon-Wed, rest is flexible What you need: You live in Tbilisi (office Mon-Wed, not a remote job) 5-6 years designing products in cross-functional teams Good portfolio with real work that shipped (links to apps or websites are great) Banking or fintech background is a plus You're the right fit if: You think about jobs-to-be-done, customer journeys and look at analytics You're okay figuring things out on your own You like working with different teams and can get people on the same page You want to ship things that actually improve metrics and help people You've worked in product teams before (if you've only freelanced, this might not work) Skills you'll need: Product thinking and user research Visual design and interaction design Figma and design system skills Clear communication Backing up your decisions with data Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies How to apply:  Send us your CV, portfolio, and a short note about how you got into product design.  TBC conducts the candidate selection process in compliance with the requirements of the Law on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination and the principles of equal treatment, eliminating discrimination on any grounds.
