You will have the opportunity to manage vacancies across our international regions, including the EU, Brazil, Ukraine and Armenia. 📝 The Role Framework: Portfolio: Non-Technical (80%) and Technical (20%) vacancies across Marketing, Customer Support, Risks, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other departments Geographic Mix: High focus on international recruitment (e.g., SE, UK, NL, RO, BR, UA) with periodic involvement in local hiring Work Type: This is an remote position. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking, specifically within the international market.
