Open Positions Senior Data Scientist Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Senior Data Scientist?SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.Responsibilities Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to drive innovative AI solutions within the center Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI driven insights into business strategies and products Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that contribute to decision-making processes Support research initiatives and pilot projects to test new AI methodologies and technologies Document findings and methodologies, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science and AI research Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code Requirements Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field A minimum of 7 years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 3 years focused on AI and machine learning projects Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis within an AI-focused environment Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (and/or R) with strong hands on skills in data manipulation and model building Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g.,Tensor Flow, PyTorch)and big data technolog es Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, Deep Learning, Data Visualization, Big Data Technologies, Programming (Python/R), and Model Deployment Analytical Thinking, Strong Communication, Team Collaboration, Adaptability, Detail-Oriented, and a Proactive, Innovative Mindset Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?Do you imagine better things, technologies, future?If you answered “Yes” to at least two of these questions then we might be a great fit for you.
