Open Positions IT Support Specialist Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new IT Support Specialist?SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team!We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist who has minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a corporate environment Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software (e.g., Office 365, Azure) Experience with network management and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues Configure, install, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring optimal performance for end-users Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, antivirus management, and system backups Support software and hardware troubleshooting, offering solutions for day-to-day issues faced by employees Conduct hardware and software inventory management, ensuring that IT assets are appropriately tracked and maintained Provide training and guidance to employees on new technologies, applications, and IT-related best practices Contribute to the development and documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting guidelines. Requirements Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and operating systems Knowledge of remote desktop support and IT security measures Strong technical understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and IT infrastructure Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications Experience with network protocols, VPNs, and IT security best practices Strong understanding of data protection and privacy standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills English proficiency at B1-C1 level.
