Open Positions Senior Product Analyst Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Senior Product Analyst?SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for defining product metrics, building scalable analytics frameworks, and transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue, retention, and operational performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, product thinking, and business acumen, with experience in high-scale digital platforms (preferably sportsbook, casino, or iGaming). Responsibilities Product Analytics Strategy • Define and maintain the product analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Establish standardized KPIs for sportsbook, casino, retail, payments, CRM, and promotional mechanics. • Lead the development of product health dashboards and performance monitoring frameworks. Data-Driven Decision Making • Translate business questions into analytical models and measurable insights. • Provide deep analysis on user behavior, funnels, retention, churn, betting patterns, bonus efficiency, and feature adoption. • Identify growth opportunities and areas of product optimization. Experimentation & Optimization • Design and oversee A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodology. • Measure impact of new features, pricing strategies, promotions, and UI/UX changes. • Validate hypotheses using statistical analysis and structured experimentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Product, BI, Marketing, CRM, Risk, Trading, and Finance teams. • Act as a strategic advisor to Product Managers during roadmap planning and prioritization. • Support executive leadership with high-level performance insights and forecasting.Data Infrastructure & Governance • Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and event tracking. • Improve tracking accuracy and data quality across platforms. • Define clear metric documentation and data dictionaries. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence Strong SQL proficiency (advanced level) Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.) Strong understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, statistical significance) Experience working with large-scale user data and transactional systems Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working in fast-paced product organizations Do you like to learn hard, work hard, and play hard?Do you imagine better things, technologies, future?If you answered “Yes” to at least two of these questions, then we might be a great fit for you.
