Open Positions Internal Audit Senior Specialist (AI Calculations and A/B Tests) Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Internal Audit Senior Specialist(AI Calculations and A/B Tests)?SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our teamResponsibilities Test and analyze AI models with implemented calculations to ensure their accuracy and compliance Execute technical and methodological audits to ensure data and algorithm transparency and compliance with internal and external standards Analyze A/B test results and evaluate their statistical validity and the accuracy of conclusions Collaborate with data science, product, and business analysis teams to detect and monitor risks for the intended purpose Compose reports, recommendations, and audit protocols for leadership Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or adjacent fields 2 years of experience in data analysis and audit Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Power BI Strong skills in software development, including Python, version management systems (e.g., Git), and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience working with Scikit-learn 2 years of experience in A/B test planning, analysis, and result evaluation Attention to detail, critical thinking, independence, and impartiality Advantages 1 year of experience in model validation or MLOps in the field Knowledge of AI ethics and data protection Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?Do you imagine better things, technologies, future?If you answered “Yes” to at least two of these questions then we might be a great fit for you.
