Our developer products are built for teams creating voice agents and communication experiences, with technologies including voice isolation, turn-taking, interruption prediction, voice translation, accent conversion, speech-to-text, and other models, SDKs, and APIs. We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketer who can work closely with research and engineering teams and turn highly technical work into clear, compelling stories for developers. You should be technical enough to understand model behavior, benchmarks, evaluation methodology, and product trade-offs, but also a strong marketer who can find the story inside the research and bring it to market through launches, benchmarks, technical content, product pages, demos, and developer channels. This is not a role where you receive a finished brief and write the copy. You’ll work directly with research, product, and engineering to understand what was built, why it matters, how we prove it, and how to tell the story. What you'll do Own positioning and messaging for Krisp’s developer products. Lead launches of new models, APIs, SDK capabilities, and major research improvements. Own benchmark launches, working with research teams to understand methodology, datasets, metrics, results, and limitations. Turn technical results into benchmark pages, launch posts, product pages, demos, and developer-facing content. Work directly with researchers and engineers to identify what is genuinely differentiated and ensure claims are technically accurate. Create technical sales and partner enablement materials. Partner with Growth and Developer Marketing on distribution through search, GitHub, developer communities, ecosystem partners, newsletters, Hacker News, Reddit, and other relevant channels. Follow the Voice AI market closely and bring customer, developer, and competitive insights back into product positioning and launches. What we are looking for 3–5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, product, engineering, developer relations, or a related role. A strong technical foundation and comfort with APIs, SDKs, AI/ML concepts, latency, model evaluation, datasets, benchmarks, and performance metrics. Ability to work directly with researchers, ML engineers, and developers and speak their language. Experience marketing technical products to developers, engineers, or technical buyers. Strong storytelling and writing skills. You can turn a complex technical result into a clear idea people remember without making it inaccurate. Experience launching technical products, AI models, APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure products. Strong analytical judgment around benchmarks, quantitative claims, and technical proof. Hands-on, curious, and comfortable moving between strategy and execution. Especially Valuable Background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, data science, or another technical discipline. Experience with AI/ML, speech technology, developer infrastructure, APIs, or SDKs. Experience publishing benchmarks, research results, technical reports, or open-source projects.
