Head of Growth

We are an international affiliate marketing network. We are seeking a Growth-Builder who can personally set up initial processes, test hypotheses, and scale the team. What you will do Build a predictable and scalable funnel for the acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation of a global B2B audience of webmasters and professional partners. Personally handle initial process setup, analytics configuration, and task documentation before delegating to contractors or team members. Systematically implement AI and automation tools to optimize marketing processes and drive innovation. Manage marketing budgets across digital channels, select the technology stack, and oversee team hiring and contractor management. Collaborate directly with the CEO to implement data-driven strategies and scale operations. Requirements Proven experience in B2B Digital marketing, specifically attracting professional audiences in SaaS, AdTech/MarTech, iGaming, FinTech, or CPA/Affiliate sectors. Demonstrated success in building marketing systems from scratch with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in metrics such as CPL, LTV, Retention, and activation rates, including experience with BI systems. Experience managing small teams (2+ people) or distributed contractors. Fluent Russian is required for internal communication. Nice to have English or Spanish proficiency at a professional correspondence level.
