Head of Business Development

Head of Business Development Logos is building the technology and community required for a more sovereign, decentralised world. Their stack spans decentralised infrastructure, communications and storage with a focus on privacy, censorship resistance and permissionless systems. They operate at the intersection of protocol development, Web3 infrastructure and ecosystem building. Responsibilities: - Lead BD and partnership strategy to grow the Logos ecosystem before and after mainnet. - Build and manage a focused pipeline of high-value integration and partnership opportunities. - Own opportunities from identification through technical evaluation, negotiation, integration and ongoing relationship management. - Develop technically meaningful partnerships with wallets, exchanges, oracles, indexers, DeFi protocols, multisigs and other infra providers with emphasis on privacy use cases. - Manage, mentor and prioritise a team of two BD contributors while remaining hands-on with strategic relationships. Requirements: - Significant experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralised infrastructure. - Strong understanding of blockchain architectures and Web3 infrastructure (L1s, L2s, modular architectures, nodes, consensus, RPC, etc.). - Proven track record building partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption, users, network activity or revenue. - Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem and ability to communicate with technical stakeholders. - Experience managing or mentoring a small team and operating autonomously in a remote, highly technical organisation. - Experience with open-source protocols is required. Nice to have: - Experience in privacy-focused L1 or L2 ecosystems. - Background in decentralised networking projects (messaging, storage, privacy tools) or wallets.
