We are looking for a full-time, remote Middle Product Manager to drive the growth, quality and market success of Keepgo’s software products - including esimba.ai, keepgo.com and business.keepgo.com - by defining product strategy, identifying customer and business needs and transforming them into clear, actionable product requirements. Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap for assigned products (esimba.ai, keepgo.com and business.keepgo.com) - prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, analytics and market trends Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization Write product documentation, including PRDs, user stories and feature specifications Gather and analyze product data (KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, support, A/B testing and competitor research) to define insights and improvements Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, sales, marketing and support teams Participate in backlog management, sprint planning and prioritization in close collaboration with engineering and design teams Actively communicate and collaborate with B2B partners to gather feedback and align on solutions Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and drive productivity gains. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluent English - strong written and verbal communication skills for specs, documentation and stakeholder updates; ability to communicate across different accents 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in a software company (SaaS, B2B tech or telecom) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a strong plus Experience defining and documenting product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) based on customer needs, research and feedback Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban) Strong analytical mindset with experience in user analytics, funnels, A/B testing and product improvement; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL or BI tools is a plus) Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, etc.) Understanding of B2B / SMB product development Ability to write effective prompts, interact efficiently with AI systems and AI agents and understand the specifics and capabilities of AI technologies Experience in telecom, eSIM, IoT or connectivity industry is a strong plus What We Offer: Fully remote, long-term role Paid vacation Opportunity to work with international B2B tech products Impact-driven work with measurable results Collaborative and flexible work environment Please note: the hiring process consists of a minimum of 2 video interviews and a mandatory reference check from previous jobs and possibly a background check after starting work.
