Kanzum 📍 Remote | Global l Full-time 💰 Salary: $800-$1500, depending on experience About the role Kanzum is an international B2B financial platform and fintech company focused on cross-border business payments and foreign exchange operations. We are looking for a Sourcer / Recruiter who can manage 3–4 vacancies simultaneously and independently build a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities — Manage 3–4 Middle+ level vacancies simultaneously. — Conduct 25–30 candidate interviews per week. — Manage the candidate process across sourcing and initial screening stages. — Independently source candidates using LinkedIn, JuiceBox and Boolean search. — Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline for assigned vacancies. — Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess alignment with the role requirements. — Interview candidates and evaluate their experience, skills and overall fit for the position. — Present qualified candidates and move them forward to the next stages of the hiring process. — Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure consistent communication throughout the recruitment process. Requirements — 1.5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or sourcing. — Experience recruiting for roles within complex products, fintech, SaaS or other technology-driven businesses. — English — B2+. — Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, JuiceBox, Facebook and/or Boolean search. — Ability to independently manage 3–4 vacancies simultaneously. — Proven ability to conduct 25–30 candidate interviews per week. — Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills. — Ability to independently build and maintain candidate pipelines. — Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
