Founding Senior Fraud & Risk Engineer — Stablecoin Neobank Full-time/Company: Ihsan Ihsan is building a digital home for the global Muslim community and a super-app beginning with private communication and payments. Ihsan Pay is a self-custodial stablecoin neobank on Solana supporting USDC, EURC and PAXG as the primary digital balances. Responsibilities: - Own and implement Ihsan Pay’s real-time fraud and payment-risk engine - Design risk profiles and real-time risk decisions across users, devices, identities, wallets, bank accounts and transactions - Implement device fingerprinting, IP reputation, VPN/proxy and geolocation controls - Build behavioral monitoring, anomaly detection, transaction velocity/frequency/amount limits and on-chain transaction monitoring - Integrate KYC, KYT, sanctions and fraud-intelligence providers; build investigator dashboards and case-management tools with full audit trails - Preserve self-custody while enforcing controls, including transaction holds, withdrawal delays and restrictions on Ihsan-controlled services Requirements: - Have helped build a consumer product where users could hold, send, receive, convert or spend stablecoins - Personally designed or implemented fraud-prevention, payment-risk or transaction-monitoring systems for that product - Worked with real users and real financial transactions (production experience necessary) - Senior/staff-level engineering experience protecting a production stablecoin neobank - Strong hands-on software engineering focus (this is an engineering role, not primarily compliance/manual-review) Stack: React Native, TypeScript, Go, PostgreSQL, Solana 📩 Apply
