Senior Social Media & Growth Manager — AI & Web3 Full-time/Company: Attractor & Dlicom Attractor is an AI platform for creators and Dlicom is a Web3-powered social app. The role will cover social distribution and organic audience growth across both brands, working with content, design, video, and community teams. Responsibilities: - Own channel strategy and audience growth for both brands: define purpose, target audience, cadence, and priorities. - Manage publishing calendar, create clear briefs for Head of Content, and coordinate production timelines and publishing. - Build distribution beyond posting: participate in conversations, manage replies, organise collaborations, X Spaces, and co-marketing. - Propose and manage budgets for distribution activities and report on results. - Track analytics, run experiments, and deliver weekly reports on growth, engagement quality, referral traffic, and attributable sign-ups. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain secure account access, and handle launches and sensitive communications with sound judgment. Requirements: - 5+ years in social media or organic growth with verifiable examples of accounts you personally managed and grew. - Strong hands-on X/Twitter experience and demonstrable success growing video platforms. - Genuine AI and Web3 knowledge; actively follows these markets and can communicate with both enthusiasts and mainstream users. - Excellent written and spoken English, strong editorial judgment, and an instinct for internet culture. - Strong platform and analytical skills; comfortable with native analytics and scheduling tools and translating data into decisions. - Independent ownership and organisation: able to prioritise across two brands, brief creative teams, and manage budgets during fast-moving launches.
