Responsibilities: - Own strategy and roadmap for a suite of trading APIs or a net-new trading initiative - Form product decisions from customers, on-chain/internal data, and direct DeFi experience - Partner closely with engineering to reason through tradeoffs and ship solutions - Collaborate with GTM on positioning and driving adoption - Work directly with the CEO and leadership to shape product direction Requirements: - 6+ years in product, or equivalent experience as a founder, GM, or trader-turned-builder - Experience shipping B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue - Data-driven: build Dune dashboards and analyze API/internal performance (Grafana/Metabase or similar) - Technically fluent on routing, execution quality, latency, and related trading systems - DeFi-native: hands-on with onchain trading, perps, and dex aggregation - Expert AI user: run agents and automate workflows to multiply output - Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe Nice to have: - Founded a company or early builder at a startup (zero-to-one experience) - CS background or prior engineer who moved into product - Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems - Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs - Strong understanding of financial markets Stack: Dune, Grafana, Metabase, APIs, EVM, Solana, perps, DEX aggregation, AI agents Benefits: - Base salary range USD $150,000 - $225,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits - Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents - 401(k) and FSA for U.S.-based employees - Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense - Covered mental health benefits (professional therapy sessions included) - Supportive remote environment and lunch reimbursement for all employees worldwide - Stipend for remote/WFH setup (headphones and other work gear) - 12-week paid parental leave - Great office in the SF Financial District for those in the region - Flexible vacation policy 📩 Apply
