Developer Relations — Data (Developer Advocate) Helius is a leading developer platform on the Solana blockchain, used by customers like Coinbase, Jupiter, and Phantom. Responsibilities: - Write code tutorials and technical deep dives on building with Solana data - Build demo applications, starter repos, and SDK examples across LaserStream, RPC, webhooks, and APIs - Create videos and tutorials (solo or with designers) to demonstrate product usage - Be active in developer channels: Discord, Telegram, X, and GitHub; answer questions and unblock builders - Run workshops, judge projects, and help builders at hackathons and conferences - Bring developer feedback to engineering and product, and communicate shipped improvements - Track content and community metrics: reach, demo adoption, developer activation, community growth Requirements: - 2+ years at a technology-first company, ideally in developer tooling or infrastructure - Hands-on engineering experience; comfortable writing code - Excellent technical writing and oral communication - Ability to produce across formats: written tutorials, demo apps, SDKs, video - Portfolio of tutorials, videos, repos, talks, or threads available for review - Community-oriented with presence on Discord, Telegram, and X - Willingness to travel and strong ownership / self-direction Nice to have: - Experience building on Solana or knowledge of its data model (accounts, transactions, RPC, onchain data at scale) - Prior developer advocacy or technical content experience at infrastructure/devtools companies - Existing audience in the Solana or crypto developer community - Experience with real-time data systems (streaming, WebSockets at scale, gRPC) - Open source contributions to Solana tooling Stack: Solana, LaserStream, RPC, webhooks, APIs, WebSockets, gRPC, SDKs Benefits: - High-impact work: tutorials and demos used by thousands of Solana developers - Opportunity to shape a new Developer Relations team - Direct influence on product and engineering priorities - Remote-first flexibility with a fully distributed team - Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, generous vacation, wellness budgets, and support for learning and travel - Mission-driven, fast-moving team 📩 Apply
