Vacancy: Product Owner (Core product) Format / location: Cyprus, UK or remote from Europe (RU/BY not considered) Salary range: €6,000 to €10,000 gross/month We’re looking for a Product Owner for an international product company that builds B2C products for musicians and creators About the company 20+ years on the market. A multi-million international audience. An established international product company building B2C creative tools for musicians, artists and creators. This isn’t a startup searching for product-market fit: the products already work at global scale. The Core product is now shifting to Product-Led Growth, and the team is bringing AI automation into its daily work. The role You’ll become the owner of the Core product of one of the largest music communities in the world, across web, iOS and Android. You’ll set the strategy and roadmap, decide what to build and what to stop, and answer for traffic, activation and retention. You’ll lead an autonomous team of up to 13 people and work side by side with Growth and Monetization to turn data and experiments into real business results. Who we're looking for • 5+ years of experience in a product role for high-traffic content platforms, ideally with 1M+ DAU • Experience leading cross-platform products across web and mobile • Hands-on work with retention and new traffic sources • The ability to explain any improvement in terms of business impact and to stop experiments that don’t work • Experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally 7+ people • Practical use of AI tools in product work • English B2 or higher Conditions • Cyprus/UK or remote from anywhere in Europe (RU/BY not considered) • Salary range: €6,000-10,000 gross Please send over your CV
