Compliance Associate - Canada Wide - Remote We’re changing how Canadians trade crypto — making financial freedom accessible by giving customers the tools and knowledge to navigate the crypto world. You’ll join a collaborative remote team across Canada focused on integrity, continuous improvement, and experimentation. Applicants must be located in Canada. Responsibilities: - Assist in monitoring the company's compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies - Support periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify issues and gaps - Maintain accurate and organized compliance records, policies, procedures, and reports - Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance documentation - Support internal audits, control testing, and document findings - Assist investigating compliance incidents and tracking corrective actions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field - Completed CIRE/CSC, Supervisory and/or trader exams through CIRO/CSI - Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Excellent attention to detail and communication/interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team - High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion Benefits: - Estimated compensation $81k - $92k - Inclusive work environment with reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities 📩 Apply
